I'm not sure, but I think it should be mostly harmless to just change
this in Hesiod. An AFS walk to chgrp 101 -> New Group mit ID would be
nice, but since nothing should be keying on that, it seems like it can
be secondary.

The PTS group mit is ID -99252 (group IDs in AFS are always negative)
and is unrelated to the Hesiod group.
