Hence we have waited and failed to receive the application from you for the release of your VISA card, since the day you were awarded along with the few other beneficiaries by the United Nations Organization and the I.M.F in the recent concluded Aid program, because your E-mail Address emerge as one of the Winners and beneficiary of the program, the Central Computer have review that you are still among the list of unpaid inheritance claims individuals.
