Per discussion with jdreed last Friday, I've made a page /experimental
on the (beta) website and put this documentation there. Everyone
should feel free to improve it. Jon in particular should make a pass
over the "experimental" language and make sure it fits the message
he's comfortable with giving.
I'd be in favor of giving Xavid bits on the website so he can update
it himself. Thanks to work by Anders, the main website directories
are no longer security-sensitive and our null instances have bits.
