Dear Colleague,
I am pleased to invite you to participate in the ninth International Confer=
ence on Education, Research and Development, to be held between 23rd and 27=
th August 2018 in Elenite, Bulgaria. The event is organized jointly by Bulg=
arian Academy of Sciences, Union of Scientists in Bulgaria, Science & Educa=
tion Foundation, VUZF University (Bulgaria), Al-Farabi Kazakh National Univ=
ersity, Kazakh National Agrarian University, Institute of Philosophy and So=
cial and Political Studies (Russia).
The purpose of this meeting is to bring together researchers and scientists=
with interests in education, pedagogy, open, distance and e-learning to ad=
dress recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theor=
ies, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and exper=
iences. Representatives of 60 universities, institutes and other organizati=
ons from 28 countries took part in the previous edition of the conference i=
n 2017.
