On Ubuntu Artful 17.10, debathena-apparmor-config (part of debathena-
standard) fails to install due to the following conflicts:
From debathena-apparmor-config
/etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/cups-client.debathena: /usr/bin/lpr Ux,
From libreoffice-common
/etc/apparmor.d/libreofficeprogram.soffice.bin: /usr/bin/lpr rmPUx,
We need to somehow modify our default apparmor rule for /usr/bin/lpr to
match the default in libreoffice-common.
