OK, I've pushed the current master branch and tags to=20
sipb/config-package-dev and opened a branch to update the packaging and=20
add autopkgtests + Travis:

If someone gives me a +1, either here or on GitHub (feel free to hit the=20
"rebase and merge" button if you'd like), I'll upload it to Debian and=20
send an email to config-package-dev@.
Also, if you pay attention to config-package-dev, you should probably=20
hit "watch" from the GitHub UI so you get notifications of PRs/issues if=20
they're filed on GitHub instead of in the Debian BTS.
