Done, although it wasn't pretty.
I convinced daupload-release to upload into the debathena-system component
by setting $DEBATHENA_APT to "/mit/debathena/apt -C debathena-system"
We should possibly have a better way to do this.
I also did have to remove the packages from the debathena component by
hand.
