Technically, it's people who have never logged into a debathena-login 
Ubuntu machine graphically, which is a much larger class of people.  But I 
agree it would have been better to have fixed this earlier.

I've uploaded debathena-desktop-config with this solution, and it is in 
testing on mega-man and zsr.  I'll add it to debathena-login's 
dependencies since I think it's in the same category as 
debathena-gconf-config in a few days, which will cause to to start 
showing up on other machines.
