Hi Cathy -
    Sorry nobody's gotten back to you sooner; I think we're all a little
stumped by this one.

Why don't you stop by the SIPB office at some point? Having the computer
physically in front of you usually makes debugging easier.

We're in W20-557 (right by the Athena cluster). We don't hold fixed
hours, but you can call 617-253-7788 beforehand to see if anyone's around.
