Hello XVM users,

We're working hard to resolve the intermittent issues some of you have
seen with short hangs on disk access. At the request of technical
support, we're going to perform a firmware upgrade on the 12T storage
array shared by all hosts for the service. This means your VMs won't be
able to reach their disks for a short while as the upgrade happens. If
all goes well, service will return with no VM reboots.

The expected disk-access interruption will be for a few minutes,
sometime in the scheduled window between 1500 and 1800.

Date: Saturday, 2009-02-14
Time: 1500-1800 window
Effect: <5min interruption in disk access;
        possible downtime in case of complications
