Apologies; this is a mess mostly of my making.
1. Debathena has a firefox-extension package, but I did not import it
because
/mit/debathena/packages/athena/firefox-extension/firefox-extension-9.4.34
contains no debian subdir. (It also has the wrong name.)
2. Debathena has a firefox-wrapper package, but I had the clever idea
of sliding a script into the firefox init.d directory instead of
diverting /usr/bin/firefox, for a cleaner integration. When I had
this idea I wasn't thinking of other Debian/Ubuntu versions. It's
probably simpler to continue diverting /usr/bin/firefox for the
moment.
3. I assigned Bob the Firefox extension and wrapper task when I was
looking for simple introductory tasks which Debathena had not done.
I was clearly in error.
I will import the Debathena materials for firefox-extension (using the
source package under built/) and firefox-wrapper, and will find a more
appropriate introductory task.
