I know we tlaked about this at last week's meeting, but for the
record...  The point I was trying to get accross in the comment was
that the label would be re=written at at the beginning of the job.
(ie. read tape label, rewind tape, write tape label, write 1st vol.,
write 2nd vol., ..., write last vol., rewind tape, take tape offline.)

I also plan to add a second int for the timestamp that can be more
precise than seconds.
