To sign up for an oracle class send e-mail to "adriana" and tell her
which class you want to take and your date preferences.
Class info and scheduled dates are available on the web:
http://education.us.oracle.com/education/
Classes are in boston or Waltham, and there are DBA I classes
with openings in september and october.
Useful DBA classes are: administer the Oracle Database, Backup and Recovery Workshop
Both classes assume that you have some knowledge of SQL (there is an intro class
for that which Miki has taken).
Or you can just read 40+ chapters in several books.
