After we do the abs cell, what cell next? dev cell, rel-eng cell,
before we go to real cells we need to talk to the rest of ops, about
security implications, etc. We shoud sanity check that dumping
doesn't corrupt anything, so we know we won't break anything in the
athena cell. Brian will send mail to op about this.
ncgotta (UROP) is planning to start late next week
jweiss will add miki to the athea-backup mailing list.
