Bill has a timeline which is not included here.

Attending: wdc vrt delgado | jweiss bwmelans

milestones:

We've noted that alpha seems to be a back and forth thing, not waiting
till the end to review th feedback. this is a good thing.

wdc: Diane should probably start thinking about thesting more,
possibly postponing deling with some of the issues from the alpha.

UI needs work: Someone should at least prototype an easier to use UI.

There was a long discussion about the cripple mode Jonathon explained
his view of things. Diane and brain didn't like the fact that the
fake master was going to be restricted to talking to one media device
at a time. diane suggested a design that contains a master with the
DB stuff removed, rather than a fake master kluged together. Jonathon
will put together a list of what uses the DB and how to get that info
when we do not have the DB.
