dynamic addition of blak tapes I suspect we didn't do this originaly,
because we though it might be more than we wanted to ask of the people
loading the tapes, but it probably isn't. It could be worse if we go
to a tape stacking system. This will be configurable (ie the system
can be configured to disallow dynamic addition of tapes.

some discussion of stackers occurs, bu we probably don't want to worry
about ths too much for the first version.

Diane needs more disk space for testing more data than fits on a tape.
Biran will put some non-trustworthy disks on bitvacuum

cleanly: Mark will come up with a list of what's testable.

The overview Doc is the High livel design. It is intended as an intro
to the system for programmers, and incidently anyone else who is
interested in a general view of the system. Jonathon will hand out
this doc.

Brian is looking into an oracle class.

Meeting time is moved to 1-3 next week. aim for 2-4 in the log term.

Dave and Brian should talk about whether they want a report for a
restore that is cancelled part way through.

Should the media error max cause a dump to abort? Best idea to date
is that we should have two seperate thresholds, one for dump and one
for restore. Brian and Dave should discuss this and bring it to the
next meeting

Next week (or later)
	More code
	discuss error thresholds
	discuss Mark's cleanly list
review of some section of the overview

Code review occurs
