Although I'll be away on vacation the next couple of weeks, I don't want that to
interrupt the momentum that we've got going. So, I've asked Anne Salemme to
convene the team meetings in my absence. The first order of business is to
draft a list of project acceptance criteria, based on the input we received at
the Design Forum, that we can discuss with Jeff and Kim. They don't have to be
complete, but they should be representative of the kind of criteria that we will
need: specific, measurable, and objective criteria.
Unless you hear differently from Anne, the next meeting is Thursday, 9/8 at 4:00
in the small conference room.
I'm looking forward to catching back up with you when I return...
