Here's the revised info for #1 under logging
The following data shall be returned from the job status query:
operation type (e.g., dump, restore, label, scan)
name of volume currently being processed (for dump or restore)
bytes processed thus far (dump or restore)
volumes processed thus far (dump or restore)
number of failures so far
total count of volumes involved in operation (dump or restore)
which slave is running job (host and device name)
timestamp of last report from slave
Please correct me if this still isn't correct.
