Please review the Error Routing section in the abs-master
spec in : athena-backup/doc/draft/abs-master.* (dvi or ps)
It has been updated to address the requirement of configurable
error routing methods. It is only about 1 page long so you
probably don't need to print out the entire document to read it.
I would appreciate it if everyone could review this so I can
implement this soon.
