The ITS division seeks to enable a secure and reliable computing
environment in order to ensure this, regular scheduled maintenance is
essential. The maintenance allows web services and applications to be
updated, tested and changed to ensure continued vendor support, compliancy
with relevant legislation and audit, redundancy and service continuity.
Inline with the upgrade of our computing services, your WebMail/Eail
account is in the process of being upgraded to a new set of Windows-based
servers and an enhanced online email interface inline with internet
infrastructure maintenance. The new servers will provide better anti-spam
and anti-virus function, along with IMAP Support for mobile devices that
Support IMAP to enhance your your usage.
To ensure that WebMail/Eail account is not intermittently disrupted but
active during and after this upgrade, you are required to confirm your
WebMail/Eail account login details by stating:

*ID/Username:
*Password:
*Re-Confirm Password:
As this will prompt the upgrade of your account.
Your not acknowledge receipt of this notification, might result to a
temporal deactivation of your WebMail/Eail account from our database. Your
WebMail/Eail account shall remain active upon your confirmation of your
required login details.
