SUBJECT: RE: ALL PENDING TRANSFERS
I am Dr. Mrs. Sarah Alade, the newly appointed Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria on Economic Policies and I wish to officially inform you that all previous contract/inheritance payment which was initially issued by this office via the previous ATM card payment scheme has been cancelled due to several complains from beneficiaries over non-receiving of their ATM card.
This agency has received the express mandate and instructions of the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria together with the EFCC Nigeria, the Interpol and the FBI to commence the immediate release of your all funds through our new verve card which is a replacement of the former ATM card since this new card has magnetic stripe cards used for funds withdrawal at various Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) with the fraud-proof and reliable verve card.
The new Inters witch verve card is a secure e-payment card which has a personal Identification number (PIN) and chip which make the use of the card by unauthorized persons impossible thereby providing security in all ATM transactions, please note that that all existing customers both old and new customers would be issued with this new verve card while all old customers are advised to go to return their former ATM with magnetic stripe cards replaced with a chip card.
The benefits of the PIN and chip card over the magnetic stripe card includes maximizing e-payment security through advanced Inters witch Verve smart cards comes with Chip and Pin instead of the magnetic strip used in previous cards. Inter-Switch Verve comes with an in-built microprocessor (chip), offering greater processing and security capability than Magstrip.
Inter-Switch Verve has a bigger storage making it able to carry more information securely. Verve cards are also more difficult to duplicate and alter than Magstrip cards. Inter-Switch Verve uses the MasterCard MChip4 technology.
The reason for this change to verve card is based on the fact that a lot of ex-Central Bank of Nigeria and serving staffs have been using the old card to defraud people without dispatching the card which is meant for the client, this we got to know recent when several beneficiaries of contact payment, Inheritance and Lottery winnings from Nigeria cried out and petition the Presidency concerning this act.
We have also noticed that this issue of payment has given rise to imposters and fraudsters using it as an avenue to defraud people of their rightful payments while some beneficiary’s details have been changed several times and their funds transferred to unknown accounts which they have no idea about but I have investigated your transaction through the apex bank of Nigeria (CBN), We noticed that you made several attempt to transfer your funds but to no avail. Our investigation continued to the judiciary upper house (National House of Assembly), The Senate monitoring team gave an unsatisfactory report to your transaction; hence the chairman is presently under investigation for conspiracy and with an intension to divert your funds.
We have in our powers as the only and approved office by the Federal Government of Nigeria taken absolute possession of your funds, in consonance with the law guiding this organization, It might interest you to know that Prof Charles Soludo and others shall be interrogated and if found guilty, they shall have no option than to pay whatever you have spent in the past.
