PROPOSAL:
On June 6, 2001, an American oil Merchant and Contractor with the
Government of this country, MRS ROSEMARY A. SMITH, made a numbered time

On further investigation, I found out that she died without making a WILL
and all attempts to trace her NEXT OF KIN were fruitless. I therefore made
further investigation and discovered that MRS ROSEMARY A. SMITH did not
declare any KIN OR RELATIONS IN ALL HER OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING HER
BANK DEPOSIT PAPER WORK IN MY BANK. This sum of £4,000,000.00 is still
sitting in my Bank and the interest is being rolled over with the
principal sum at the end of each year. NO PERSON WILL EVER COME FROWARD TO
CLAIM IT. According to the Financial Law of this country, at the
expiration of 7(SEVEN) YEARS, the money will revert to the ownership of
the BRITISH GOVERNMENT IF NOBODY APPLIES TO CLAIM THE FUND.
Consequently, my proposal is that I WANT YOU TO STAND IN AS THE NEXT OF
KIN/BENEFICIARY OF THIS FUND DEPOSIT SO THAT THE FUND CAN BE RELEASED TO
YOU FOR OUR MUTUAL BENEFIT. If you will assist me, send down the following
information. I will require them for operation.
1: FULL NAMES AND ADDRESS
2: CELL/PHONE AND FAX NUMBERS
3: AGE.
5: OCCUPATION.
FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE, YOU WILL BE ADEQUATELY COMPENSATED WITH (40%) OF THE
TOTAL SUM (55%) WILL BE MY OWN SHARE WHILE (5%) WILL BE SET ASIDE TO COVER
ALL INCIDENTAL EXPENSES MADE BOTH AT HOME AND ABROAD BEFORE CONCLUSION OF
THIS DEAL. THIS TRANSACTION IS 100% RISK FREE as all the paper works that
will be required to effect this fund transfer will be obtained from the
Federal ministry / high court of justice by any of our Bank Attorney hear
in London, and my position as the Branch Manager guarantees the successful
execution of this arrangement. More also, ALL ASPECTS OF THIS TRANSACTION
(FROM THE FIRST TO THE LAST), WILL BE CONDUCTED LEGALLY in such a manner
that it will not constitute a breach of the law either in your country or
in mine.
