Attn: The Contract/Inheritance Beneficiary,
In an effort to eradicate unnecessary use of office bureaucratic processes
on all foreign contract/inheritance payment to it's beneficiaries with the
federal republic of Nigeria, the president and commander in chief of the
armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria "President Umaru Musa Yar'
Adua" has therefore mandated the immediate payment of our
contract/inheritance debts via direct wire transfer to your account.
This ultimatum was based on the out come of the meeting by President Umaru
Musa Yar'Adua and officials of the World Bank held recently in Abuja the
Nigeria capital. After due verification and scrutinization on your
contract/inheritance fund, it was confirmed that you have met the entire
obligation as stipulated for your payment, but your fund transfer was
delayed by some dubious officials of the former Central Bank Governor Prof.
Charles C. Soludo for their selfish interest.
For this reason, an immediate part payment of US$4.3 Million United States
Dollars has been approved to your favour which will be wire transferred
direct to your account as directed by the president. Therefore, you are
hereby advice to disengage yourself from further correspondence from any
other office, persons, agent or representative in respect to your
contract/inheritance fund to enable us serve you better as such an illegal
act will definitely hinder your payment process.
