Attention,
Due to the reason the out going/previous administration in Nigeria, under President Olusegun Obasanjo, did not perfect his job and maintain good relationship with Foreign Contractors to Nigerian Government.
The Westdeutsche Landesbank Germany. was instructed by the new administrative President of Nigeria (ALHAJI UMARU MUSA YARADUA) who was in Berlin on the 7th and 8th of June 2007 on G8-Summit, on his departure, the Nigeria President instructed the bank to transfer immediately your contract fund into your bank account, he had submitted to the bank payment draft of $15M only to be paid in your account.
