Dear Sir
I apologize if i have in any way violated your privacy, with this mail.
I am His Royal highness Chief Luke momoh, from the Niger Delta crude oil region of Nigeria here in west Africa, in the past two years, and up to date, there's been a serious issue of youth restiveness, security treat, militant operation and kidnapping, this issue s has been on the broadcast of the CNN, BBC, and Voice of Africa news stations.
The reason to the negative behavior from the region, was as a result of long neglect and underdevelopment plans by the operating oil producing companies and Government.
We wake up to discover our position as the only contributor to our country, Nigeria financial stand and yet suffer in the region areas like:
No good road
No good schools
No Electricity
No Good drinking water
No standard hospital and doctors
No Industry and factory sited. e.t.c
At this period, after our just concluded signed M.O.U meeting between the government, concerned oil companies and the council of chiefs in the region, which i am the head, it has been aggred and i have been empowered to search globally for any company of our choice who will be awarded a contract and instant mobilization to commence in the development plans.
The sum of N1.3 Billion Naira Equivalent to ($10 Million U.S dollars) has been contributed and reserved by all concerned oil producing companies and the Nigerian Government for the first phase start off, of the development projects in my region.
The money which is in the bank and which my signature is capable of withdrawing it as it is deposited under my care as the head of chiefs in my region, i would want to invest it into any lucrative business in your country as i would want you to be a guide to me over there, i will also be ready to offer you 20% of this amount, $10 Million U.S dollars, if you assist in transferring the amount to your country for investments.
I look forward towards your prompt respond to this proposal.
