To get rid of the warning/error about FD_MAX, try adding int in front of
the definition in io.cc
Some people also ran into problem with type declaration for socket related
function. As far as I can tell, this only occurs on some systems. It is
related to a recent addition of socklen_t type. I will work on this more
and send out an update.
