In recitation this Friday, we will conduct informal presentations of
the web proxy. You should not prepare a presentation. Rather, other
students will present _your_ design by reading/critiquing your
preliminary design document. For this reason, it's important to turn
in the document at the start of recitation.

or the excellent design projects from last year. In the prelim doc,
we care much more about technical soundness than stylistic issues.
We encourage you to discuss design choices with other students (i.e.,
6.033-lab zephyrs). But each student should have an independent
writeup. There are many ways to design a web proxy.
