PEC College is organizing an IEEE based EECCMC-2018 conference in Vellore,
Tamil Nadu, India during Jan. 28th & 29th of 2018.
All the accepted and registered papers will be submitted for inclusion in *IEEE
Xplore Digital library*.

Recommendations from many authors, the last date of paper submission has
been extended to 16th Nov. 2017. Online presentation facility is also
