Hello everyone,
In OLC these days, we've been noticing that a lot of questions are
popping up in 'other' that perhaps could be answered better if they had
a topic of their own. Accordingly, we've just made three new OLC
topics:
accounts - This is for questions relating to forgotten passwords, quota
increases, forwarding mail to other machines, registration problems, and
so on. Carla is our 'specialty manager' for this topic. However,
anyone can have this as a specialty.
dialup - This topic replaces the 'terminals' topic. It's for problems
relating to the setup of the dialup machine, which termcap entry to use
for different terminals, etc. Note that Athena doesn't support dialup
access, but placing all dialup questions in one topic will help get
those questions to those who know about dialing up to Athena.
zephyr - Yes, the topic you've all been waiting for. Since Zephyr will
become supported in version 5.6 of the system, we are going to start
separating Zephyr questions now into another topic.
