Sorry for replying to this so late, but I don't
think anyone really reads this list, and I only
just stumbled across it. The files you asked about
have been moved slightly, and are certainly rather
old, though they should all still work. They can
be obtained through afs at
/afs/athena/astaff/project/zephyr/attic/examples/
or if you don't have afs you can get them on the web
http://www/afs/athena/astaff/project/zephyr/attic/examples/
better late than never I suppose
