Unfortunately, those specific documents never got written. However, there
are two similiar documents which may be of use to you, namely the "Zephyr
Programmer's Manual" and "Zephyr on Athena". While "Zephyr on Athena"
covers some Athena-specific topics, it should still provide a good starting
point for users of Zephyr on other systems. These are available in
Postscript form for anonymous ftp from athena-dist.mit.edu (18.71.0.38) as
the files "Zephyr_on_Athena.PS and progman.PS in the directory
pub/zephyr/doc.
