I've got code from CMU that integrates the "zpunt" functions into
zctl, and adds code to zwgc which returns the list of suppressed
destinations. There were some problems I've mostly fixed up, but I
haven't copied the changes back to MIT's tba directory.
I think the name "punt" ought to be discarded in favor of something
like "suppress".
The most obvious "useful message" printed by a script replacing zpunt
would be one that tells someone how to get the same results as the
program they were previously using. If the functionality is changed,
that's not possible. What do you suggest instead?
