As I told Tom, I've already incorporated changes from Marc that
provide for a minimum ttl, using X resources named "timeToLive" (and
class "TimeToLive").  Unless I hear objections, I'll rename these to
"minTimeToLive" to allow for a future "maxTimeToLive".
