Installation guide for non-Hesiod sites

I spent a bit of time helping a friend over in the Math department get
a non-kerberos non-hesiod zephyr running. He apparently had no problems
in compiling & installing stuff. However, he commented that the
installation guide, although it tries to speak to the non-hesiod case,
doesn't do a very good job.
It might do better to have separate sections for hesiod & non-hesiod
(kerberos vs. non-kerberos is a much less important distinction from the
zephyr setup point of view)
