Hi Philip,

The Sendmail's around here support SEND at least, based on some code that
was posted on usenet ages ago.  In retrospect, it wasn't a good idea *except*
for the fact that everyone runs a mailer and there's work involved in getting
people to run yet another daemon.  A lean and mean messaging system (i.e.
not Zephyr) is probably better for the purpose in most respects.
