Greetings,
My name is Gary Keim and I am a staff applications builder here at C-MU. I am
familiar with Zephyr and previously was in contact with Tony DellaFera
concerning our imminently obtaining a copy for our own purposes ( cooperative
learning for the most part ). He was very happy to oblige us then with a Beta
copy but we, unfortunately, were not yet up to the task. He also informed us
of an official release date sometime in August or Sept. We now are ready for
Zephyr. Is it still possible to get a Beta copy? We would like to start
getting our hands dirty as soon as possible. You see, the mentality of the
"people upstairs" here is, "we need to develop widgets here that are going to
be marketable, not necessarily useful". Zephyr is useful and so, nobody here
is very interested. I am. I've created a bulletin-board,
andrew.network-services, that I am trying to use to enlighten the
powers-that-be of the need for a notification service here on Andrew. It may
be working but it is obvious that you must show these guys before they'll bite.
Please get back to me regarding the possibilties.
