Two things:
1) I have written punt and unpunt which cause the new zwgc to ignore a
specified <message,instance,recipient> tripple without modifying your
.zwgc.desc or .zephyr.subs file. This should really be a part of
zctl.
2) It would be nice if I could say "zctl wg_reread_X_resources".
