Now that all the mail servers are sending out mail notifications,
and send them out whether the user is subscribing to mail, pop,%me% or
not, shouldn't mail,pop,%me% be a default subscription?

One additonal note... under timesharing, "biff y" was the default,
or so I am told. Therefore, it seems to me that "mail, pop,%me%" would
just be returning a functionality that was lost when we moved over to
workstations.
So, I guess the question is, does anybody have any reasons why it
*shouldn't* be a default subscription?
