one question: should the times recorded be measured from the client end
or X server end?
[I vaguely remember some sort of 'event time' in each event the server
sends back]?
This question is interesting because a zwgc could receive a notice, start
posting it, and get a click before the user could read it, but due to swapping/
other delays, more than the threshold time interval has passed.
