Many people have at one time or another gone to click away a
zephyrgram, and had a new appear just as they clicked the mouse
button, so that the new one goes away before it can be read. I have a
solution for this, which I would like to get some comments on.

What I've done in my own version of zwgc is impose a minimum
time-to-live on each windowgram. If the windowgram has been visible
for less than this amount of time when you attempt to remove it, it
will beep instead of going away. As I implemented it, this time is
configurable in seconds, with a default value of 1 second. It would
be better to allow people to configure it in 10ths of a second, but I
didn't feel like writing that much code for my own fix.

What do people think of putting this feature into the real zwgc?
