One of the interesting results from the versions of emacs written in
lisp or with lisp extensions (Multics, GNU), is that an amazing amount
of useful stuff has been written in that language with lots of
irritating silly parentheses, and by a lot of non-course six types.
You'd be suprised how easy it is, especially if you have examples.
