Minor addition to zleave

zleave can now accept an optional argument that it sends to you each
time it would normall send a message; ie: 5 minutes before you
have to leave, and 1 minute intervals starting from 1 minute before
you leave. I find this very usefull, even if no one else does..
Thus, the new syntax is:
zleave [[+]hhmm] [can[cel]] [-m Reminder Message]
The reminder message is actually sent as the second field of the
zephyr notice. I also modfied the default format so that both fields
are displayed. (Of course, if no message is specified, nothing is
displayed.)
The binaries are in ~bjaspan/{vax,rt}bin/zleave, the modified source
and a patchfile are in ~src/zleave/zleave.c (along with a new and
improved makefile). As you might expect, the modification is extremely
minor..
