I have been receiving multiple messages of instance consult from user hyland.
No other instance or user produces this effect. Specifically:
his -i consult messages appear 3 times (all simultaneous, identical timestamp)
personal messages to me appear only once (including his)
my -i consult messages appear only once
Another consultant has told me that he lives at a frat, so it me be
related to retries after a timeout due to a slow network. This is the
first time this has happened; neither hyland nor a third person received
multiple copies.
