make zwrite-signature a variable, please

I've customized my .zephyr.desc a lot, and it annoys me that I have no
control over how the sender's zwrite-signature is displayed. If I had
a choice, I might put it in bold in the header or something, but as it
is, it always shows up as this ugly "From:" line at the top of the
message itself. Why not make it a variable (like $signature) and have
the default .zephyr.desc put it in a "From:" line like it does now?
Then I would have some control over how it is displayed, or I could
leave it out entirely if I wanted to.
