I use zcheckmail and it is extremely useful, not only
because it tells me when I have new mail, but it also
tells me when my tickets expire. I think this would
be an excellent stand alone application if the the error
message was a bit less cryptic for the average user. True,
that tickets don't expire for many users but it's a lot
for them to find out what's happening on the rare occasion
they do.
