Hello Zephyr gurus,
I am having a problem with client messaging authentication. The problem
is manifest by a zephyr client that is connected to 3 different subnets. It
appears that when the client goes to contact the zephyr server it uses the le3
network interface on the sparc. The hostname of the computer is "zclient"
but the network interface name is "zclient-le3". Since zclient sends its name
as "zclient and the ip the source packet is from resolves to "zclient-le3" the
zephyr server does not authenticate.

Do you have a solution for a problem like this? Is there some flag I can
use on the zephyr server to allow alternate or relaxed authentication?

Also I am wondering if anyone has written a proxy for zephyr to bridge
subnets. I have an isolated subnet of computers that act as a backend
for realtime data feeds. I need to have these servers get messages to the
support staff several subnets away that do not route. The zephyr server
is also several subnets away. Any ideas?

Robert.
