Hello,
I'm trying to compile and install Zephyr 2.0.4 on a Data General
workstation and I'm having a problem with one of the Makefiles. I've
tracked the problem to the Makefile in lib/zephyr and I cannot seem to
see what the problem is. I've followed the instructions in the INSTALLING
file exactly, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

And line 55 of that Makefile is:
$(OBJS): $(top_srcdir)/h/internal.h $(top_srcdir)/h/sysdep.h
