Who are you right now=3F
How do your colleagues see you=3F
How would they describe you=3F
How would your best friend describe you=3F
Pick out ten words or phrases that these people would use to describe you,=
choose five positives or strengths and five negatives or weaknesses=2E Ta=
ke a couple of minutes and do it please=2E
This describes who you are right now=2E
Is this who you want to be=3F
Even more importantly, is this the best you can/could be=3F
How much of your potential are you actually realizing=3F There is who you =
are right now and then there is who you could be right now=2E
How would you like to be described as a leader or manager=3F
How would you like to be described as a friend=3F
A question to ask yourself daily is what actions can you take today, this =
week and this month to move towards being the best you could be=3F
The size of the gap that exists between who you are and who you should/cou=
ld be directly correlates to your success and happiness in life=2E
So few of us are really operating at the level we are capable of=2E
