zephyr 2.0 w/o kerberos: suggestion about realm name

When running zephyr 2.0 without Kerberos, the realm defaults to the
string "local-realm". This occurs only in one place, so it's easy to
change. What would be nice is if you could say
./configure --with-local-realm="ERA.COM"
or something along those lines when you are not using Kerberos. This
would be very easy to implement. Comments? If you want, I'll send
you a patch.
