Thanks. I agree that the regcomp problem really should be its own
macro. Thanks for submitting it. I should probably submit some of my
other autoconf tests that I keep repeating directly in configure.in
files or in aclocal.m4 files in my distributions. BTW, autoconf 2.4
is the current latest release, so upgrading to autoconf 2.4 and
regenerating autoconf files with that would be a good idea.
